Mass and Personal Transport Logistics Operator

• Creation and development of Project Plan to capture the user requirements for a complete end to end replacement IT solution using GPRS bearer technology for multi site world-wide personal and mass transport operation.
• Project management of the worldwide pre qualification and tender evaluation process with Telco's, systems integrators, application vendors and hardware manufacturers.
• Co-ordination and project management of the project interface with Singapore based project team using Prince 2 methodology.
• Capture and integration of business requirements via workshops and one to ones, reporting using UML methodology both in Singapore and UK.
• Review and reporting (lifecycle review) on existing in-vehicle systems (including radio modem, MDT, card swipe and GPS receiver), PMR radio system (including base stations and protocol), booking management, despatch and billing (B2B and B2C) systems.
• Review and reporting on current and future multi channel booking and payment methods, IT Technology, radio bearers, application solutions, in-vehicle devices and entertainment devices.
• Review and reporting on current Network Operator capabilities for large scale implementation in Singapore, China and Europe.
• Design and facilitation of substantial business trial in UK with major network operator.

2G and 3G Mobile Network Operator

• Production of a cost benefit analysis as part of a feasibility business case for an enhanced MMS 3rd Party Solution including Bulk and Premium SMS and SMS Voting.
• Conduct of a cost benefit analysis into products available.
• Interviews with customers in order to identify benefits and to understand the potential cost savings.
• Identification of possible costs for replacement systems, both Capex and Opex.
• Delivery of a detailed presentation for senior management.
• Review of current systems architecture and of possible technical solutions, incorporating vendor selection.
