• Production of Induction and Product training manuals for all new staff throughout the organisation, supported by delivery of a series of Craft Trainer Award courses for managers throughout the company.
• Facilitation of in-house trainers' meetings to ensure ongoing monitoring and evaluation of new induction procedures.
• Assistance with internal succession planning and management recruitment.

Cross Channel Ferry Operator

• Introduction of business and training plans throughout the organisation, in order to achieve strategic objectives.
• Design and launch of a new appraisal system, including all supporting documentation.
• Guidance, meeting facilitation and portfolio production leading to achievement of the Investors in People (IIP) award.
• Development and delivery of Appraisal Interviewing and Performance Management training courses for managers throughout the company on both sides of the channel, and design and delivery of Customer Care and Selling Skills training courses for UK and overseas retail staff.
