- Design of Foodcourt and Bar Training Manuals covering service
standards, hygiene and safety issues and customer care.
- Delivery of a structured programme of Craft Trainer Award courses
to support the introduction of these manuals for managers at different
sites throughout the country. These courses involved individual
assessments and personal feedback to enable candidates to achieve
this nationally recognised qualification.

- Production of a series of Training Manuals for all aspects of
the operation of this rapidly growing organisation with nearly
one hundred sites nationwide, supported by the delivery of an
ongoing programme of Train the Trainer courses for internal trainers
at all levels.
