• I assist litigation teams by providing the technical expertise required to prepare the case, ensuring that the key issues are presented in clear and understandable terms.
• My experience and knowledge enables me to act on behalf of either suppliers or purchasers.
• Probing investigations followed by an objective evaluation can be used not only as evidence before a judge, but also in cases where mediation in advance of a court appearance is the preferred option.
